These Terms govern the use of our NDIS-related educational services delivered by Life Goals Australia Pty Ltd.

All educational content provided by Life Goals Australia is general in nature and is not intended as personal, professional, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. Participants should seek independent advice relevant to their individual needs.

Life Goals Australia does not provide services of a medical, psychological, financial, or legal nature. It is the responsibility of the participant and their support network to ensure the educational content is appropriate for their goals and circumstances.

NDIS Provider Registration Disclaimer

Life Goals Australia Pty Ltd is not a registered NDIS provider. However, we provide services to participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, in accordance with NDIS guidelines. We support participants' right to choose services that align with their goals and available plan funding.

1. Services Provided

We provide online educational content tailored for NDIS participants. This content is designed to be delivered in collaboration with the participant's existing Support Workers.

2. Bookings and Delivery

  • Programs are delivered via EdApp

  • Participants must have an active NDIS plan

  • Participants have full choice and control and may engage our services independently if they have the appropriate funding available in their plan. Authorisation from a Support Coordinator or Plan Manager is not required if the participant is self-managed or has relevant approval for the service.

3. Payment

We invoice in line with the relevant NDIS support category (Core or Capacity Building). Full pricing is detailed in the service agreement provided upon sign-up.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

5. Participant Rights

We comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and uphold participants' rights to dignity, privacy, and choice.

6. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback and are committed to addressing complaints promptly, fairly, and respectfully. To provide feedback or make a complaint, you can:

If you are not satisfied with the outcome or wish to raise a concern externally, you may contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at www.ndiscommission.gov.au.

7. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Life Goals Australia complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). As a provider of services, we uphold your rights to:

  • Services provided with due care and skill

  • Services that are fit for their intended purpose

  • Remedies if services fail to meet these guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the ACL or other applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Life Goals Australia — including but not limited to digital lessons, worksheets, app content, logos, branding, and written resources — are the intellectual property of Life Goals Australia Pty Ltd. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Participants and support workers are granted access to this content solely for the purposes of completing the program and may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the materials for commercial or non-permitted purposes without written consent.

Unauthorised use or distribution of Life Goals Australia content may result in legal action. as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). As a provider of services, we uphold your rights to:

  • Remedies if services fail to meet these guarantees
