Xero is used for invoicing purposes and may contain sensitive participant information, such as names, NDIS numbers, and service details, as part of required documentation and reporting obligations. This data is required for billing out invoices accurately and in line with NDIS requirements.

Data is stored securely through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) and EdApp. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is safe from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

All NDIS-related information is encrypted when stored within our CRM systems, to ensure compliance with data security best practices.

We only use reputable third-party applications to store and manage information, and only for the purpose of providing participants and their related parties with the services we offer.

In the event of a data breach involving personal or sensitive information, we will act in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
