Participant Rights & NDIS Code of Conduct

We align our services with the NDIS Code of Conduct:

  • Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making

  • Respect privacy and confidentiality

  • Deliver supports competently and safely

  • Prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse

  • Promote individual choice, inclusion, and participation in the community

  • Uphold the principles of fairness, dignity, and respect for cultural and linguistic diversity

Participants have the right to:

  • Choose how and when they participate in our programs

  • Be informed and make decisions about their learning journey

  • Give feedback without fear of reprisal

  • Access services that are inclusive, safe, and responsive to their needs and preferences

  • Receive information in formats that are accessible and appropriate to their communication needs
