We align our services with the NDIS Code of Conduct:
Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Deliver supports competently and safely
Prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse
Promote individual choice, inclusion, and participation in the community
Uphold the principles of fairness, dignity, and respect for cultural and linguistic diversity
Participants have the right to:
Choose how and when they participate in our programs
Be informed and make decisions about their learning journey
Give feedback without fear of reprisal
Access services that are inclusive, safe, and responsive to their needs and preferences
Receive information in formats that are accessible and appropriate to their communication needs
